Alfid Real Estate Services oversee, through the building manager: budget follow-ups, financing, service calls management, coordination of daily building activities and also regular customer interactions. Everything is put in place for a safe, balanced and dedicated management for the benefits of all involved: the tenants, the owner and any third party company. It is essential for our company to nurture healthy relationships with all internal or external partners.
Our building systems engineer, working for our company for more than 20 years, and a member of l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec can assist and support the technical services supervisor for buildings under management. Our supervisor ensures that the building is maintained at a temperature in compliance with the requirements of the tenants and in general, make sure of their comfort all year long.
Our supervisor also oversees the optimized performance of the building mechanical systems and that CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is supported by the equipment on site from the first day of the mandate, and also makes sure it is calibrated within parameters guaranteeing the comfort of all.
To ensure optimal management, Alfid Real Estate Services is the sole point of contact for the tenants of the building, and uses a central CMMS tool. This tool is our property and allows us to respond and manage a request, from beginning to end.
In general, everything is put in place to coordinate all contracts needed for the proper functioning of the building.
